Hotel Saint George, requests you to read carefully this Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Policy) before registering as a User of the Site, sending messages and/or interacting or using the Site in any way. 

The use of this website is your own responsibility, as well as your interpretation of it. Likewise, we are not responsible for the information contained in other websites regarding the Hotel, as we do not exercise any control over them.

1. PURPOSE  

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you, as a visitor and/or user of our Site, about the way in which we treat your Personal Information, and about the various alternatives that you have in relation to the use of your Personal Information.  

In this sense, Hotel Saint George, hereinafter "The Hotel", in light of the proposed purpose, guarantees that the data collected through the Site will always be treated in such a way as to safeguard the protective purpose that the protection of personal data enshrines.  

The confidentiality of private communications between "The Hotel" and the users will imply the maintenance of the information in files, banks or databases, in such a way that it is restrictied the access by users or simple third parties who are not authorized for this purpose. 

 

2. APPLICATION 

This policy applies to all sites and services owned and/or operated by "The Hotel" and/or related companies, and any other sites that we may own or operate now or in the future. This policy does not apply if you access to websites other than "The Hotel" Sites, even if they are linked to "The Hotel" Sites, by means of links, or any other type of connection, telematic or otherwise.  

 

3. USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES 

The user agrees to use the website www.hotelsaintgeorge.com and those services made available through it, in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these Rules of Use. Consequently, the user is obliged not to use the page or services for illicit purposes or effects and/or contrary to the provisions of these Rules of Use, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or that, in any way, may damage the website or prevent its normal use, or the services accessible through the same, by the rest of the users, "The Hotel" and/or its image.

Your personal identifiable information as an individual user, includes your full name, address, telephone number, service access preferences and/or e-mail address ("Personal Information"). On our Sites, you may be required to provide Personal Information in order to facilitate the use or participation in our subscription registrations, access accounts, and/or in connection with any other activities, services or resources we may provide on any of the "The Hotel" Sites.  

In all these cases, we may only collect and store your Personal Information if you voluntarily provide it to us. As a general rule, when some Personal Information is required in order to use a service or to access certain content, its provision is not obligatory, except in those cases when it is specifically indicated as a required information for the provision of the service or access to the content.  

The purpose of collecting and processing the personal data is to provide, manage, administer, personalize, update and improve the services and content available for the users by "The Hotel".  

In case you provide us with your Personal Information, you agree that such Personal Information may be used to carry out the aforementioned activities. Also, in the case in which you make yourself known to us by sending an e-mail, we will be able to request or to use your Personal Information if available, in order to answer your e-mail and the requested thing in a more detailed form. Finally, you accept that we will be able to file your Personal Information and/or any other information for future references, or to discard that information in partial or total form after using it. Once you submit your Personal Information to us, you expressly consent that we may also use the Personal Information for internal and external marketing and promotional purposes.

5. SENDING MESSAGES 

In order to provide a better service, we may send you messages in the future to confirm your registration and/or account status, and/or to notify you about changes in the terms and conditions of the "The Hotel" Sites, or to this Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may also send you e-mails to introduce a product, service, information, etc. that we consider may be of interest for the users of our Sites. 6. EXCEPTIONS TO OUR CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER INFORMATION 

In compliance with our legal obligations, your Personal Information and/or any other specific information about you to which we may have access, intentionally or casually, and/or about your account, may be disclosed to third parties in order to comply with legal procedures such as a search warrant, a subpoena, a court order or requests from administrative authorities, which may be considered valid under applicable laws. Also, for our protection, your Personal Information and those of other users of the Sites of "The Hotel" may also be revealed in those cases that it implies an attempt of security breaking of the Sites of "The Hotel", or of physical danger or threat against you, us or third parties.  

 

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

In case "The Hotel" refers through links to advertising or third party Web pages, the same is not obliged to control and does not control in advance, approve or own the services, content, data, files, products and any kind of material on the page or web pages of third parties. Therefore, "The Hotel" will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for the legality of the content of such page/s, being the sole responsibility of the third party, including but not limited to, respect for the legality, morality, good customs and public order of the content, as well as that they do not violate any rights of third parties. The existence of hyperlinks does not assume any kind of relationship between "The Hotel" and the owner of the web page in which it is established. Therefore, the Company recommends that the User consult the privacy policies and practices of such sites. 

 

10. CHANGES TO THE POLICY 

The Company reserves the right to modify the Policy, terms and/or conditions when it deems appropriate. 

Such changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the Site or from the moment they are notified to the User by any means, whichever occurs first. 

The Company recommends to check the Policy update date each time you access the Site.

Internet users accessing to this website may view the information contained therein and may make downloads or private reproductions on their computer system, provided that the elements reproduced are not subsequently transferred to third parties or installed on a server connected to the Internet or a local network. The distribution, modification, transfer, public communication, reproduction or any other act of part or all the information published on the site, without prior authorization from "The Hotel" is not permitted, without prejudice to the provisions of these Rules of Use. The user must use the content and information contained in the page in a diligent, correct and lawful manner, and specifically, only for personal and non-commercial use, provided that the content or any mention of sources, copyright and other data identifying the rights of "The Hotel" or third parties is not removed or modified, i.e. respecting its original form. Any reproduction or copy, distribution or publication, of any kind, of the content of the information published on the site without prior written authorization from "The Hotel" is prohibited. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION 

The Policy is governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Argentina, and any conflict regarding its application and interpretation is subject to the jurisdiction and competence of the Ordinary Commercial Courts of the City of Puerto Iguazú, Misiones, excluding any other jurisdiction that may apply.
